Legacy - All Parameters Setup

All Parameters Setup is accessible only to the admin user. It helps the admin to enable or disable clinic features for various factors like Supply Chain, Patient Portal, Email Setup, Financial Setup, SOAP Setup, Equipment Setup, etc.

All Parameter Setup - Navigation

1. Click on Settings and Reports.

2. Click on Settings

3. Open the Organisation Details & Other Settings dropdown link.

4. Click on All Parameters Setup.


All Parameter Setup - Configuration      

The All Parameters Setup Pane has the following tabs :

Supply Chain:

The admin can configure supply chain features for cost changes, ordering plan items, updating plan items, giving manager permission to order and re-order plan items, etc.



General Setup:

These settings when enabled can be used to display multiple clinics at login, to send prescription fax to pharmacy, enable recording of outgoing mails, to display Logo on receipt / invoice / statement, etc. These general settings when enabled helps the users of VETport to access/alert/display/use/modify some extra features.

Patient Portal Setup:

The patient portal setup is used for the client to access it's pets medical records. Settings related to patient portal access fee and email settings can be setup here which is decided by the admin.

Email Miscellaneous Setup:

Via this email setup, the admin can chose to whether show or not clinic address in emails. Apart from this allows the admin to setup email reminders to be sent for due vaccinations or due appointment and setup other automated emails.

Financial Miscellaneous Setup:

Admin can configure features like plan item report card, interest information, discount detials, etc to be shown on the Invoice. We can also configure pre-printed stationary for printing invoices.

SOAP Miscellaneous Setup:

These settings affect various factors of SOAPing, for example, it may allow patient to be added/modified without including breed, color, gender, it may allow to select encounter or to land on patient's last encounter. Apart from encounters, print settings, vaccine settings, SOAP format, etc can be managed through this.

Equipment Setup:

Idexx equipment data can be made available in XML form if enabled from here. Default label position can be setup from here.
