Legacy - Multi Clinics Set Up

To Set Up Multi Clinics go to:

1. Settings and Reports

>> Settings

2. Organisation Details & Other Settings

>> Clinic Group Details




Define the Clinic Group



1) To add new clinic group record click on Add

2) To view and edit the group click on Clinic Group Record

 

Group Information ( 1 of 2 )


Add the details of the clinic in the given form. The details provided here will be stored under the Clinic Group name.

Group Information ( 2 of 2 ) Group display information


Here we need to define what address is put on what document type. These standards vary from one clinic chain to another. Sometime the chain would like to be known as the group that owns it and sometimes it is known by the individual clinic because of the goodwill it has created over the years.

Add Clinic to the Clinic Group (1 of 3)


1. Go to Settings and Reports >> Settings >> Organisation Details and Other Settings >> Clinic Details.

Add Clinic to the Clinic Group (2 of 3)


1. Click on the Add button if you want to add a new clinic to the group

2. Click on the Clinic Record Button if you want to add the existing clinic in that group.

Add Clinic to the Clinic Group (3 of 3)


In the Group Name select the Clinic Group to which you want to add that clinic and hit the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

Select A Clinic from List of Multi Clinic




Now you will be able to access the various clinics depending on the access rights given.

One can have specific providers

Clients can be servered across clinics

Inventory can be set across clinics and prices can be set for the specific clinic

Admin users can get a consolidated view of the operations as well.
