Legacy - Sending a Fax Through VETport Workflow

LEGACY    >> Go to Settings and reports >> Settings >> Clinic details >> Clinic record >> 

1, Update the Fax number under clinic settings 

2, Update the Fax server name and Fax Email address as shown below 



FOR NEXTGEN 

1,  >> Go to Set up >> Organisation  >> Clnics >> Modify >>  Select Fax >> Add the Fax number >> Save as shown 

below 

2, Go to Market place and Integrate with VETport Fax


3, Once done with the above steps 

4, Go to myfax.com website and update the clinic Fax email address as shown below 



NOTE : For Example if the Clinic fax email address is doorbellvet@gmail.com , you can add 
            doorbellvet@gmail.com and also , doorbellvet@vetport.com as shown above.

                                    STEPS TO FOLLOW AFTER UPDATING FAX EMAIL ADDRESS ON VETport AND MYFAX 

A, Send a test fax from VETport to a test patient

    Go to VETmail server and check if the Fax email is gone through fine as shown below 



B, Check on my fax console if the fax logs are showing up 
     If it shows up fine on Myfax , Clleint should recive the fax.

C, if its NOT showing up on Myfax console logs
    Contact Myfax support team @ (866) 378-2373
