Legacy - Moving from Presenting Complaint to Differential Diagnosis to Final Assessment

Adding to the Assessments already linked


1) On choosing the complaint one can click on Assessment

2.) Problem list and differential diagnosis associated with the complaint gets loaded. One can also choose from the options and replace the existing defined problem

3.) One can delete the same, elevate the assessment to replace the complaint or spin off into another medical record / treatment .

4.) One can also search the database and add to the list of assessments
