Complaints Add/Modify Access - Select the compliant for the relevant species for which you want changes to be made

Complaints Add/Modify Access
1) Add a new Complaint
2) Edit existing Complaint
3) List of existing complaints against a category (in this case against category "Mouth, Breath,Dental, Face")
4) Add / Modify buttons against a "Group Plan Manager"(click here for lesson) is displayed only if the user chooses to "Display in Problem list" (while adding / modifying the complaint). Create a Group Plan against a complaint. ie Group plan consists of single or multiple plan items for treatment. If a group plan is added, then when this complaint is added, then automatically the associated plan items to group plan will be added to the Treatment Plan (Automatic Prescriptions). More details given elsewhere)
5) Add / Modify buttons against a "Differentilal List Manager" is displayed only if the user chooses to "Display in Problem list" (while adding / modifying the complaint).Add the Complaint to a Differential List. More details given elsewhere
6)Time allotted in add or edit to treat this complaint, if the patient comes for an appointment with this complaint. Quite useful while creating an appointment.
7) Displays whether the complaint is a part of the "short problem list". The Add/Modify buttons against "Group Plan Manager" and "Different list Manager" columns will be displayed, only if the user chooses to "Display in Problem list" (while adding / modifying the complaint)
8) Define any associated Pet Health Record with the complaint (the add / modify buttons are displayed if the user makes the "Display Patient Report Card" as true.
