Settings>> Clinic hours>>Define Space

1) Add Space details

2) Edit Space Details

3) List of Space and its Status

    Active Status = Display in Appointment Page for user to select for an Appointment

    InActive Status = Do not Display in Appointment Page for an Appointment

Example of  "C - 1st Floor Wet Table"  Space already saved.

1) Existing Task or Appointment Type under which the Space is saved.

2) Change the Space name

3) Availability details of the Space in the Clinic

Vetport gives a lot of flexibility to define the availability time frame.

A Space may be available only at specific times of the day or different times on different days, or not available for a certain period or months.

4) Status to make it available for selection in the Appointment screen

How to configure Availability:

Available hours - Availability of the equipment at specific hours of the day. Multiple values can be defined, separated by a comma (,). Default   all

define as hr:min to hr:min, hr:min to hr:min,.....,

If available between 6 am to 19hrs then configure as 6.00 to 19:00

If available between 6am to 10am and then 14hrs to 20hrs then configure as 6:00 to 10:00,14:00  to 20:00

Available Days -  Availability on specific days of a week. Multiple values can be defined, separated by comma ( ,). Default all

define as Mon,Tue..

If available on all days of the week, then configure as   all

If available on Monday and Tuesday only, then define as Mon,Tue

Available Months - Availability in specific months. Multiple values can be defined, separated by comma ( ,). Default all

define as Jan,Feb...

If available on all months, then configure as    all

If available only in January, March and August, then define as jan,mar,aug

Available Dates - Availability on specific dates of a month. Multiple values can be defined, separated by a comma ( ,). Default all

define as 1,2,5,7.....

If available on all days, then configure it as   all

If available only on 1st ,3rd and 6th, then define as 1,3,6

Off time - Off time as per holidays. Multiple values can be defined, separated by a comma (,). Default none

defined as dd-mm-yy hr:min  to dd-mm-yy hr:min,..

If not available between 6th May 2004 from 6 am onwards to 6th June 2004 19:00 hrs, then define as     05-06-2004 06:00 To 06-06-2004 19:00
