One wishes to create a follow-up list when treating a patient
Toggle the off switch to switch follow up "on"
1. If there are no past follow-ups, then the screen popup will look as shown
Enter the comment and save the follow-up
2. if the encounter has past followups then the screen popup will be shown below.
