Legacy - Know your Calendar

The VETport Calendar shows you a snapshot of appointments for a day / week / month. You can also view previously held appointments. The calendar allows you to book new appointments for specific doctors according to their availability. One can also sort your view to see appointments for a particular doctor/ clinic/appointment type.

1. Click on this icon to navigate to VETport Calendar.

2. Choose the date you want to work on by using the calendar shown there. By default, it will show the current date.

3. Select the Clinic to work on.

4. Choose the appointment type.

5. It shows all the providers for that clinic. The column below their names shows their appointments/availability according to the time slots shown.

6. The white boxes show the available slots and the grey boxes show unavailable slots. One can book an appointment for a particular doctor by clicking on any of the available slots.

7. Click on the Day / Week / Month buttons to see appointments for a day / week / month respectively.

8. You can select the providers to show on the calendar for whom you want to book an appointment.

9. Add new Patients / Check the Availability of doctors and link to iCal from here.
