Legacy - How to integrate Telemedicine video call App on VETport

NOTEClinic should have a Gmail Account to integrate with VETport Google Meet app.

Step 1>> Go to settings >> Settings and reports >> Labs, other 3rd party & Peripherals as shown below 
 

Step 2>> Click on Clinic Setup for Telemedicine Web Services as shown below and click on SAVE






Step 3>> After you click on Save, please continue with Gmail account or any GSuite business accounts as shown below 



Step 4>> Click on Advance and go to Vetport.com as shown below 






Step 5>> Click on Allow to Grant permission to the Calendar as shown below.



Step 6>> Scroll down and click on Allow again as shown below.



Step 7>> You will be getting a Success message as shown below , click on Close to complete the integration.



Step 7>> There are 2 Kinds of Gmail Account.

a) Gsuite - It would be a corporate or business account.
b) Gmail Account - Personal email address or a non business account. 

Please follow the steps below to enable Video calling option on your calendar settings. 
Click on the google apps >> Calendar


Click on SETTINGS



Select the Check box " Automatically add Video calls to events | Create " as shown below
NOTE : If you do not have permission to select this, please contact your administrator. for all Gsuite accounts.



Step 8 >> Go to the appointment calendar and search for Client and patient.
NOTE : Google Meet video call best works with google chrome browser. 



Step 9>> You will find an option to send Meet link to your Client by clicking the below check box.




Step 10 : NOTE : If MEET is NOT selected on the appointment window, Regular Appointment cover emails would be sent to the clients.
                          if MEET check box is selected then the Telemedicine email will be triggered to the clients automatically.


Step 11>> To set up Appointment email cover for Ttelemedicine meet. follow the below instructions 
Go to Settings and reports
 >> Settings >> Email Templates & Forms >> Google Meet Email



Step 12>> You can also edit and make changes to the template as shown below , Make sure the tag $$meet$$ is not removed 



Step 13>> Once client recives Telemedicine email , client can join the Video call by clicking on the link shown below.




Step 14>> Clinic can join the video call by going to the Calendar on VETport and by clicking the video icon as shown below.
