Please Go to Setting & Report >> Medical Record / Plan Items Setup >> Plan Management >> Add/Modify Plan Item >>> Search the Plan Item

Search Plan Item text, Click Display in Rapid Plan to enable the plan item view in Rapid Exam & Plan
