Select or Start a New Master Problem
Add Past Vaccinations and Services
One has to load a client / patient in the dashboard when the process starts.
1- - click on more options to add past vaccines and services
2. Click on past services
This provides a quick batch process capability to log these details quickly
Adding Past Vaccinations and Services
Then select the right medical record to store this information.
To have plan items appear on the Past Vaccinations & Services page you need to turn on a flag under each plan item
1. Go to Medical Record / Plan Item Setup
1. Fill in the Category and Sub Category where your plans are
2. Hit Search
3. If the link is red and reads Hide in Past Services the plan will NOT show up on the Past Services List
4. If the link is green and reads Display in Past Services then it WILL show up on the Past Services List.
