Legacy - Creating an Anesthesia Form
Check if all the plan items required to build this form are set up in the system. Then make sure that the generic that the plan item connects to has the appropriate usage and dosage defined.

1- Check / Modify Dosage here if needed
Selecting a Route
Choose Generic and Choose the Plan-item
1- - Choose "Route"
2- - Choose Generic as "Carprofen | Anti-inflammatory | 2.2 mg/kg"
3- - Choose the Plan-item "Rimadyl 100mg Flavor tabs | 100.0 mg/Capsule"
4- - Click "Add>>" the Plan-item
5- - Can give any comments also
Follow the same for other groups
2- - Choose Generic as "Carprofen | Anti-inflammatory | 2.2 mg/kg"
3- - Choose the Plan-item "Rimadyl 100mg Flavor tabs | 100.0 mg/Capsule"
4- - Click "Add>>" the Plan-item
5- - Can give any comments also
Follow the same for other groups
Now create a plan item and link it to the generic
