Legacy - Configure S (Complaints)
SOA configuration is required to define SOA forms for the SOAPing process.
Navigation
1) Settings and Report >> Medical Record SOAP Setup >> Complaint, History, Exam, Assessment Grid
Complaint, History, Exam, Assessment Grid
The Complaint, History, Exam, Assessment Grid page shows us SOA forms for each species in VETport and also shows their status.
1) List of Species in VETport
2) Status
3) Click on ADD/Edit SOA forms.
ADD/EDIT S (Complaints) Form
You can add complaints from this page.
1) Select Specific Species.
2) Search the complaint you want to edit.
3) Edit Existing Complaints
4) Add new complaints.
Add New Complaint
1)Select Species
2) Type in the new Complaint
3) Put the time taken for that complaint
4) If you want to display a complaint in the Client Check-in List then please check this box
5) If you want to display in Problem List in Assesment then check this box.
6) Click on Add.
