Legacy - Configure History Forms

SOA configuration is required to define SOA forms for the SOAPing process.

Navigation


1) Settings and Report >> Medical Record SOAP Setup >> Complaint, History, Exam, Assessment Grid

Complaint, History, Exam, Assessment Grid


The Complaint, History, Exam, Assessment Grid page shows us SOA forms for each species in VETport and also shows their status.

1) List of Species in VETport

2) Status

3) Click on ADD/Edit SOA forms.

ADD/EDIT History Forms


You can add History forms on this page.

1) Click on the form that you want to change/modify the content.

2) Click add to add a new history form.

3) Edit Existing History form status and name.

4) Gives you the no. of components in that form.

5) You can copy an existing form for other species from here

 

Add New Complaint


1)Select Species

2) Type in the new Complaint

3) Put the time taken for that complaint

4) If you want to display a complaint in the Client Check-in List then please check this box

5) If you want to display in Problem List in Assessment then check this box.

6) Click on Add.
