Hospital Icon to Complaint, History, Exam, Assessment Grid
1) Click on Add to start a new form
2) Delete an existing form
Name the Form and Click Add
Click on the name of the form to Add Components
1) Click on Add for a New Component
Add Findings to Exam Component
1) Click on Exam Component to Add or Edit Findings
Click on the Add button to Add a new Finding
Add Details for the Finding
1) Name the Finding
2) Abnormal finding flag will show Comment as red on exam form, green for normal.
3) Display in Problem List - if checked true the Finding will display on the Assessment form under problem short list.
4) IF Display in Problem List is checked as True THEN the user must select a System and a Type. Note Disease, Sign or None will do for most cases.
You can Add more findings or Edit this findings
