Legacy - Assessment Creation and Modifications

Create Groups plans, Differential List linked to Assessments can create assessments with associated rule of lists.  

 

Menu Location


Settings and reports --> medical record setup --> assessment grid

Assessment Grid


Then Choose the Species you need to create / modify an assessment for


1 Click on add for assessment

2 For edit the existing assessment click on edit

3 Click on x sign to delete

4 Click here for adding report card data

Add assessment


Type the system, category, assessment  and click on add

Edit the System List


Choose the system. If you click on the edit button then you can change the term Canine Toxins. Generally used when there is a typo or if you need to make a specific system inactive. Making the same inactive will prevent the assessments in the system from showing up in the assessment lists.

Editing an existing assessment

1) Do you want to display this in the "Problem List"? The "Problem List" is not the "Master Problem List" but a catch-all behind-the-scenes collection of any findings(flagged in this manner "Display in Problem List").  Each time the Vet moves to assessment they will see the short list of problems for the current active master problem.  In this example, the problem is the localization.

2When "Display in Problem List" is checked the "Indicator Manager" opens. The indicator manager fields are necessary for differential/rule-out list management.

3)Choose the system you want to associate with the shortlist problem - usually the same as the assessment system above.

4)Type - If this is a diagnosis - the disease will apply, otherwise choose a sign, If neither seems to fit choose none.

5)Press the Modify button to save.

Assessments Create and Modify, Link Group Plans and DIfferential Lists to Assessments.


Here the list of assessments associated with the category gets listed.

1) One can add a new assessment or

2) Edit an existing one here

3) One can associate a group plan to the assessment and the same can be copied to another species

4)  Add Assessment related information to the Report Card

Define the Differential List


Click on add for list

Create the differential lists


Enter the detail and click on save

Define the Group Plan


Click on add for the group plan


1. Modify / View group plan for clinic for the current assessment
2. Reorder group plan items order
3. Copy group plan to another species
4. Copy group plan to another clinic



1. Search and select plan items to be grouped
2. Click the cross icon to remove the plan item from the group
3. Click Save to save the selected plan item with their appropriate costs
4. Delete the plan items from the group
