Legacy - Adding to the List of Complaints in "Search for Complaints"
Adding complaint when not found in the system.
Remember this is not a diagnosis.
If the required complaint is not found then you have to click on Add new Complaints
Enter the complaint and Add
Another way of adding complaints in the search complaint list
1- Go to Settings & Reports
2- Medical record
3-Click on Complaint, history.
Go to the complaints and note complaints are species-specific
Type the new complaint and add.
