If this plan does not have a reminder created when it is performed then it could trigger the need for another plan to be performed. If it does create a reminder for itself it can get replaced when another plan is performed or another plan will be triggered when the original plan is performed.

1- Here you choose where you wish the reminders to be displayed

2- The plan item may not remind itself and may actually trigger a reminder for another plan item. - Here you decide whether it is to remind itself or not

3- It could remind itself and also remind another plan /s. This is where you select the plans it could remind for if at all

4 - Now if one plan item is performed another plan item reminder may need to be deleted like in the case of Rabies 3 years if performed would have to delete Rabies 1 year.
