I am not able to print my Prescription labels In Firefox. It is giving me an option to save instead of printing It

Firefox >> Options >> Applications

This could be a latest update for Firefox users, which had disturbed your settings, Just follow this simple steps:


On your left hand side top, you will get an Firefox Orange colour drop down, just go to options >> Applications >> Adobe Acrobat forms Document & select Use Adobe Acrobat(in Firefox) in all the 3 settings marked in the pictures

Also you need to check the default Prescription label settings are as per your printer  specifications







Check if all the settings are as per your printer label specifications, If any thing is missing & if you know the specifications, enter it & save the settings and again check if the prescription is getting printed properly, If still it doesnt helps, contact your Vetport support..
