How to Create and Setup an Amazon S3 account for VETport live data backup ?
"VETport Live data backup on the Amazon"
Over and above the database backup that do at regular intervals, we have developed a data backup solution where your data can be accessed by you live online in a secure manner.
You would need to buy your space on the Amazon . The instructions for the same is as enclosed.
Data will be mirrored here at the end of every day (at 02:00 AM Local time). We have developed a user interface that you can use to access basic information to keep your operations going. This solution is a first of it’s kind anywhere in the Industry which goes to prove our commitment to you that your data is yours.
This help file will guide you to create and setup your Amazon web services account.

(As of now what you get with your Free S3 account from Amazon: AWS Free Tier includes 5GB storage, 20,000 Get Requests, and 2,000 Put Requests with Amazon S3.)
Sign up page
To sign for S3 account, you need to go http://aws.amazon.com/s3/ this URL, and click on "Try Amazon S3 for Free"
Create an Account
1) Enter your email id
2) Select "I am a new user."
3) Sign-in using our secure server
IF you already have the Amazon account, just sign in, and you will be redirected to fill contact information page.
Filling up login credentials for new sign up
Fill up all the fields and click on Create account.

Fill up all the required details, and select "Create Account and continue"
Fill up Payment information / Identify verification / Support plan
Login for existing users who already have Amazon account
1) Go to www.amazon.com
2) Login with your username and password
3) Hover on to, Your Account and select "Your Account"

Select "Web Services Account" which is under Your Other Accounts.

Click on "Sign in to the console"

On this page, Select "Services" from Top menu and Then Click on "S3"

On this Screen you need to click on
1) Your account name
2) Security Credentials
Creating Access Key
On this Page it will show you a Pop-up
"You are accessing the security credentials page for your AWS account. The account credentials provide unlimited access to your AWS resources.
To help secure your account, follow an AWS best practice by creating and using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) users with limited permissions."
You can just close this window, or Click on "Continue with Security Credentials"
On this Page click on Access Key >> Create New Access Key.

On this page click on "Download Key File"
Please note: Do Not Share this Details with Anyone apart from VETport official email id.
You need to share that file to VETport on support.team@vetport.com, it will have AWSAccessKeyId and AWSSecretKey.
